Creating Goals for Performance Review

- Click "Define Goals". - Click "Set Equal Weights" or you can add the weights manually. Please ensure that the total goals weight is 100%. - You will be able to select/exclude goals if the goals were pre-defined on Peoplebox. If goals are not pre-defined, you will be able to create new goals. Writing Reviews for your Direct report as Manager

- Click "Write Reviews" on the Homepage. - This page shows all your direct reports who you are going to review. Click on "Write" to review them. - Choose the appropriate review options. - When all the questions are answered click "Submit". - Click Submit on the confirmation dialog to ensure that you submit. How to Approve Peers as a Manager

- Click "Approve Peers" button in the list of your actions in homepage. - You'd see all your direct reports who are part of the review cycle. Click on "Approve". - You can click on "Select all Peers" to approve everyone, or you can manually choose whom to approve. Alternatively, you can reject them as well. - You can also add any peers who have been missed by your report, as a manager. - Search for them and add them. - Once you are all set, you can click on "Approve Peers". - Click "Yes" to confirm.

Can't find your Direct Report's Goals? Troubleshooting guide

If you don’t see the expected direct report’s goals, check the following: 1. Is the goal is created with parent-child relationship? (Applicable for KRA/KPI) If your organization is following a KRA/KPI format - ensure your direct reports have KRIs. In the above example, "Sell 1 million iPhones" & their children would show up. But Launch 500 Apple stores won't. Because "Launch 500 Apple Stores" doesn't have any KRI. 2. Has the goal been assigned to your direct report? Go to the Goals tab and click on your direct report on the left side. All the goals that you see for the relevant cycle are what you would see in the goal approval screen 3. Is the goal for the correct goal cycle for the review assessment type? Check if the cycle is correct for the goals set. For your review cycle, there would be a pre-defined set of goal cycles (eg: last 2 quarters or last 1 year). Ensure that your goals are in those correct cycles.

Click on "Review" to review each. - You can make changes to the weights, please ensure goals total weight is 100%. - You can also create the Goal for the reviewee by clicking on "Create Goal". - Ensure the owner selected is the employee that you are reviewing. - Re-assign weights if a goal is added or removed. Then Click "Approve". - Click Yes on the confirmation dialog to ensure that you submit. And you are all set!

How to write self-review on web

- Visit the Peoplebox homepage. Under "My Task," select the review cycle you want, and click on "Write Self Review". - Once you have completed all the questions in the self-review form, click on "Submit". - Once submitted, you will not be able to make any changes to the review form.

Nominating Peers to give feedback

- Click "Select Peers" in the Homepage. You can access this using the link that is sent to your email as well. - You can select for peers by searching for them in the list. Please note, your manager, direct reports and already selected peers won't show up in the peers list. - Click "Submit for Approval". Now the nominated reviewers name shall be shared with your manager for approval. - Confirm that you are done nominating the peers by selecting "Yes".
