Click "Define" Once you click on Approve Goals, you will see a list of your direct reports for whom you need to approve the goals. Click on "Define" to select the goals for your direct reports Click 'Define' 3. Click "Include" for adding goals You can see all the goals that fall under the selected goal configuration displayed in the list below. Click Include to add the required goals for goal selection Click 'Include' for adding goals 4. Remove any Goal If you feel that any goal is not required for the goal selection, you can remove it by clicking on the Exclude Goal icon (-) Remove any Goal 5. Click Create Goal You can also create a goal by clicking on the Create Goal button. Once created, it will appear in the list below. You can then Include that goal for approval Click Create Goal 6. How to Edit Goals Included in a Review Cycle

Goal edits are only possible under certain conditions, and in most cases, your admin will need to un-submit specific items before you can make changes. Conditions & Required Admin Actions 1. Goals approved by the manager, but no self-review or manager summary submitted The admin needs to un-submit the goals. After that, you can follow the steps in this article to edit your goals. 2. Goals approved by the manager and self-review submitted The admin needs to un-submit the self-review first and then un-submit the goals. Once completed, you can follow the steps in this article to make any edits. 3. Goals approved by the manager, self-review submitted, and manager summary submitted The admin needs to un-submit the manager summary first, then un-submit the self-review, and finally un-submit the goals. After these actions are completed, you can follow the steps in this article to edit your goals. 1. Navigate to "Define Goals" option Click “Define Goals” on your homepage to define your goals for the review cycle Navigate to 'Define Goals' option 2. Click on "Exclude Goal" icon Select the goal you’d like to edit. On the right side of the goal, you’ll find the “Exclude Goal” (-) option. Please click on it to proceed Click on 'Exclude Goal' icon 3. Click on "Goals" module After clicking the “Exclude Goal” option, go to the "Goals" module to open your goals Click on 'Goals' module 4. Choose goal to edit Select the goal you want to edit, and then click the three dots next to it to proceed Choose goal to edit 5. Click on "Edit" Once you click "Edit", you’ll be able to make the necessary changes Click on 'Edit' 6. Navigate to your homepage Once all the changes are made, go to your homepage to define your goals Navigate to your homepage 7. Re-assign weights You will need to reassign weights to the included goal again Re-assign weights 10. How to Write Reviews for Direct Reports Goals and Competencies as a Manager

Review Your Direct Reports You will see a list of your direct reports who need to be reviewed. Click the “Write” option to begin the review process Review Your Direct Reports 3. View Direct Report’s Self-Review While reviewing your direct report, you can also view the self-review they have submitted for their goals and competencies. This can be found on the right side of the screen under "Review Summary" View Direct Report’s Self-Review 4. Provide Ratings for Your Goals You will see a list of your direct report’s goals. Review each goal by selecting a rating from 1 to 5 Provide Ratings for Your Goals 5. Add Comments You can also add comments for each goal in the comments section while providing your rating Add Comments 6. View Description Once you have reviewed your direct report’s goals, proceed to rate their competencies. The description for each competency can be viewed by clicking the dropdown icon beside it View Description 7. Rate and Comment on Competencies Rate the competencies assigned to your direct report' on a scale of 1 to 5. You may also provide comments for each competency Rate and Comment on Competencies 8. Submit Review Form After completing all ratings and comments for your direct report’s goals and competencies, click “Submit” to finalize the review Submit Review Form 9. Confirm Submission Click "Submit" again to confirm your review submission Confirm Submission 10. Review Your Submitted Responses Once you submit your review, you can also view the responses and comments you have provided. Download Your Review Summary From this same page, you also have the option to download the review PDF for your reference Download Your Review Summary 4. Alternative Access Through the Reviews Module You can also access your review results directly from the Reviews module. Open the Review Results Click on the View option to open and see the reviews you have received during the review cycle process Open the Review Results 6. View Consistent Results Across Both Sections The results displayed here are the same as the ones you viewed from the home page under View Results. Important Notes About Accessing Your Review Results Please note that you will be able to view your review results only after the review PDF has been released to you. Additionally: - The View Results option on the home page will disappear 30 days after the review PDF is released. - If the review cycle is closed, the home page View Results option will also no longer be visible.
