1. Receiving a Peer Review Notification in Slack
Once the peer review phase is launched, you will receive a notification in Slack if any reviewee has selected you as their peer reviewer
In the Slack notification, you will see:
-
The name of the peer you need to review
-
The department they belong to
-
A button labeled “Write Peer Review”
Click on “Write Peer Review” to begin the peer review process

2. Viewing Peer Review Questions
After clicking on “Write Peer Review,” you will be able to see all the questions included in the review form for that particular peer. Carefully read each question and provide thoughtful responses. You can scroll down to view all questions included in the form before submitting your review

3. Responding to Rating-Based Questions
If a question requires you to provide a rating: Click on the “Select an option” drop-down. A list of rating options based on the configured rating scale will appear. Choose the rating that you feel best reflects your peer’s performance
If you wish to change or remove your selected rating, click on “Clear Selection.” This will reset your response

4. Saving Your Peer Review as a Draft
If you are not ready to submit your review, you can save it as a draft. Click on the “Save as a draft” option. Your entered responses will be saved, allowing you to return later and complete the review before final submission

5. Choosing When to Submit Your Review
After saving your responses, you will see two options:

Yes, Submit Now – This will immediately submit your peer review
-
I'll Do It Later – This keeps your review saved as a draft so you can complete, edit and submit it later
Choose the appropriate option based on whether you are ready to finalize your feedback

6. Final Submission and Viewing Your Review
Once you click “Yes, Submit Now,” your peer review will be successfully submitted.
Please note: After submission, you will not be able to edit or make changes to the review. A confirmation message will indicate that your peer review has been successfully submitted. You can still view your submitted review by clicking on the “View Review” option located on the right-hand side of the peer’s name
