1. Click Write Reviews on the Homepage
Click the 'Write Reviews' option to start reviewing your direct reports

2. Open Write Review Form
In this step, you will see a list of your direct reports whose reviews you need to complete. Click the 'Write' option next to a reportees name to begin writing their review

3. View Direct Reports Self-Review
Managers can also view the self-review submitted by their direct reports on the right side of the screen

4. Rate Your Direct Report
Choose any one rating between 1 and 5 for your direct reports according to the question

5. Submit Your Responses
Once all responses are filled, click 'Submit' to complete your review

6. Confirm Submission
Click the 'Submit' button again to finalize your submission

7. Check Your Submitted Review
After submitting your review, you can also view the responses you submitted
