1. Navigate to Goals Section
Click on the Goals module from the main menu
2. Click the Plus (+) Icon
In the People section, click the Plus icon to search for the direct report whose goals you want to view
3. Enter Direct Report Email
Enter the direct report email to view their goals
4. Select the Goal Cycle
Select the relevant goal cycle to access goals
5. View Direct Report Goals for Selected Cycle
After selecting the goal cycle, all the goals of your direct reports under the selected cycle will be displayed
6. Filter Goals by Goal Cycle
You can also apply filters to view goals from a different goal cycle
7. Filter Goals by Status
You can also filter goals by their status
