Who can see my 1-on-1 meeting notes?

- If you write anything in Shared Notes section of the 1-on-1, the meeting attendees (manager and direct report) and the admins can view those notes. You can write your talking points and action items in these Shared Notes. - If you write anything in the Private Notes section below the Shared Notes box, those notes will only be visible to you. Your private notes are not accessible to the other attendee.

Create 1-on-1 Meeting Using Peoplebox Calendar Integration

- On the left sidebar of your dashboard, click on the "1 on 1s" icon. - You can add your 1-on-1s by syncing Peoplebox with Google/Microsoft Calendar. - After syncing your calendar, all the 1-on-1s will automatically appear on the tool. However, if no 1-on-1s are scheduled, you can create one from here. - Or you can manually create 1-on-1s from the tool as well. - Select the employee, date, time, and duration of the 1-on-1, then click "Create". What Microsoft Permissions are required ?

- When you sign in into Peoplebox with your Office 365 account, Peoplebox gets permission to only read your profile. Which includes primarily your name and email address. - When you integrate your calendar with Peoplebox, Peoplebox requests following accesses: - Why do we require full access to Create, Read, Update and Delete events? - When you create a new 1-on-1 in Peoplebox, we automatically create an event in your calendar as well - When you create a new 1-on-1 in your calendar - you can automatically sync it within Peoplebox to add notes. - Similarly, when you decide to reschedule an event in Peoplebox or archive the event - the corresponding calendar event gets updated or deleted respectively. The primary purpose of calendar integration is to make it seamless to add events into Peoplebox and reduce your effort. Rest assured your calendar data is safe and not accessible to anyone.

How can I add talking points for my upcoming 1-on-1?

- Open your 1-on-1 meeting page with your direct report. On the right side, you'll see suggested talking points. Click the '+' sign to add them to the "Shared Notes" section. - Choose and add talking points from different categories, filtering them to match your preferred category. - Alternatively, you can also add talking points through email. How can I search for my previous meeting notes?

- All previous meeting notes are inside the 1-on-1 meeting page. To access previous meeting notes, open the upcoming 1-on-1 of the attendee. Upon scrolling down, you will see all the previous 1-on-1 meetings you had with the attendee. - This is where you will find all the meeting notes (shared as well as private) of all the previous 1-on-1 meetings you have had with the attendee. Where can I create new action items?

- Creating a list of action items will help you and your direct reports know what to accomplish and ensure better progress and commitment for tasks. To write action items for your direct reports, go to their 1-on-1 meeting and start writing under the 'Action Item' section. Conducting 1-on-1s

- On the left sidebar of your dashboard, click on the "1 on 1s" icon. - Please select the 1-on-1 meeting you would like to conduct. - You and the person you're having the 1-on-1 with can share notes that are only visible to you both and the admin. - You can add Action Items to the 1-on-1s. - You can add your private notes to the 1-on-1s that will be visible only to you. - You can check past Action Items. - You can view and track the goals of the person you are having 1-on-1s with. - The tool provides suggested talking points that you can include in your 1-on-1s. - Once you finish the 1-on-1, click "Mark Completed".
