- Open your 1-on-1 meeting page with your direct report. On the right side, you'll see suggested talking points. Click the '+' sign to add them to the "Shared Notes" section.
- Choose and add talking points from different categories, filtering them to match your preferred category.

Alternatively, you can also add talking points through email. Before each 1-on-1, Peoplebox sends you a reminder email with some recommended talking points to discuss.
