Configuring the Goal Question & Display

  • On the left sidebar of your dashboard, click on the "Reviews" icon.

  • Click the "Create New Cycle" button located at the top right corner of the Reviews page.

  • If you want to enable goals in the review cycle, then toggle the goals option.

  • Enter a title in the "Section Heading" field.

  • Choose your response type: it can be a Rating, Open Text, or Rating with Comments.

  • Enable "Show Goal Progress" under Advanced Settings. This will allow reviewees to see the goal progress (On Track/Behind/Not Started).

  • Enable Score Visibility to choose whether to display both the rating (number) and the legend (text) in the review forms and review packets (PDFs). Disabling this option will display only the legend (text).

  • Lastly, click "Add Goal Block", finish all the necessary steps, and then create the review cycle.

  • Answer all the questions, rate the reviewee on their goals, and then click "Submit".

  • After the "Release Review" phase is launched, reviewees will see the "View Results" option on their homepage under "My Tasks".

  • By clicking on the "View Results" option, you can view the ratings for each goal, as well as the progress status of the goals and the overall goal score.
