- Click "Reviews"
- Click "Create New Cycle"
- Select the type of review you want to create either a 360-degree review or a Performance review
- Next, you will be taken to a page where you need to enter the review title. Click on the "Title" field
- On the "Configure steps of this review cycle" page, you can select which types of reviewers to include in the review cycle.
To enable a reviewer type, click the toggle switch next to the desired option.
If you would like to include Goals and Competencies in the Review Cycle, you can enable them in this section
- Click "Create Form" to create customizable review forms for each review selected in the configuration stage.

- In the Reviewees step you can select reviewees. You can also bulk upload CSV along with the competencies if enabled.
