How to Request and Give Feedback in Peoplebox

Initiate Feedback Creation On the dashboard, navigate to the top-right corner and click on the “Create Feedback” button to begin the feedback creation process Initiate Feedback Creation 2. Choose Feedback Action Once you click on the “Create Feedback” option, you will see two actions: - Give Feedback: Use this option to proactively share feedback with a team member about a specific topic or their performance - Request Feedback: Use this option to request feedback from team members about yourself, a specific topic, or another team member’s performance Choose Feedback Action 3. Start Giving Feedback To begin providing feedback, click on the “Give Feedback” button and proceed with the feedback creation flow Start Giving Feedback 4. Choose Feedback Recipient Search for and select the team member to whom you want to give feedback Choose Feedback Recipient 5. Choose a Feedback Template Select a feedback template from the available list. These templates may include both system-defined and organization-created options Once a template is selected, the associated questions will appear. Enter your responses and provide detailed feedback for each question Choose a Feedback Template 6. Using a System Template Here, a system-defined template is selected. The questions displayed are pre-configured and standard across the platform Using a System Template 7. Using an Organization Template In this step, an organization-created template is selected. The questions shown are customized based on your organization’s requirements Note: If a template contains competency-related questions and the selected employee does not have competencies assigned, that template cannot be used Using an Organization Template 8. Set Feedback Visibility Choose the visibility setting for your feedback: Private, Private + Manager or Manager Set Feedback Visibility 9. Submit Feedback After completing all responses, click on “Submit Feedback” to finalize and submit your feedback Submit Feedback 10. Access Request Feedback Section To request feedback, click on the “Request Feedback” button Access Request Feedback Section 11. Choose Feedback Request Recipient Choose the employees from whom you want to request feedback Choose Feedback Request Recipient 12. Select Feedback Provider Choose the person from whom you want to request feedback For example, if you want Employee B to provide feedback for Employee A, select Employee B as the feedback provider Select Feedback Provider 13. Choose Template & Visibility Select the feedback template and set the visibility (Private, Private + Manager, or Manager) Choose Template & Visibility 14. Add Customized Message You can also add an optional custom message to guide the feedback provider Add Customized Message 15. Send Feedback Request Once all details are configured, click on “Request Feedback” to send the request Send Feedback Request

Where to View Your Feedback

Click here to watch the video! 1. Access User Profile To view feedback received & given by an employee, go to the dashboard and navigate to the Profile section. Click on “View Profile” button Access User Profile 2. Open Feedback Section Once inside the profile, click on the “Feedback” tab to access all feedback-related details for the employee Open Feedback Section 3. View Received Feedback Under “Feedback Received”, you will see all feedback shared by others for the employee. This data is displayed based on the visibility settings (e.g., Private, Private + Manager, Manager) Example: If a peer has shared feedback with “Private + Manager” visibility, only the employee and their manager will be able to view it View Received Feedback 4. View Feedback Given The “Feedback Given” section displays all feedback that the employee has shared with others. This helps track contributions made by the employee Example: If the employee has given performance feedback to a teammate after a project, it will appear here. The employee can also create new feedback directly from this section View Feedback Given 5. Pending Feedback to Give The “Pending Feedback to Give” section shows all feedback requests received by the employee that are yet to be completed Example: If a manager has requested feedback from the employee about a colleague, and the employee has not submitted it yet, it will appear here Pending Feedback to Give 6. Feedback Requests Sent The “Feedback Requests Sent” section shows all feedback requests that the employee has sent to others Example: If the employee has asked two teammates to provide feedback on their performance, those requests will be listed here Feedback Requests Sent 7. Access Feedback in One-on-One You can also view feedback during a one-on-one meeting. Open a one-on-one session, and on the right-hand side, click on the “Feedback” dropdown Access Feedback in One-on-One 8. Filter Feedback by Time Period Within the feedback dropdown, you can filter feedback based on time ranges. Once you select a time period, the system will display feedback received within that duration Example: If you select “Last 3 months”, only feedback shared during the past three months will be shown Filter Feedback by Time Period 9. Summarize Feedback You also have the option to summarize feedback for better insights. Click on the “Summarize Feedback” button to generate a concise overview Summarize Feedback
