This article explains how admins can enable Nova AI–suggested Development Areas in the Individual Development Plan (IDP). Once enabled, employees will be able to add development areas based on Nova AI suggestions
1. Access Your Account Settings
On the homepage, click the Profile icon at the bottom-left and select Settings
2. Access Nova AI Settings
Under Workspace, click on Nova AI Settings
3. Enable Nova AI Suggested Development Areas
Under IDP, turn on the toggle for Nova AI -Suggested Development Areas to display them in the Individual Development Plan
