How to Reset Your Password in Peoplebox

1. Initiating a Password Reset

If you have forgotten your password and are unable to log in, click on the “Forgot your password?” option available on the login page. This option allows you to securely reset your password and regain access to your account

2. Entering Your Registered Email Address

Under the “Reset your password” section, enter your registered email ID in the provided field. After entering the correct email address, click on the “Reset Password” button to proceed

3. Password Reset Confirmation Message

Once you click on “Reset Password,” a confirmation message will appear: "If you have an account with us, you would have received an email to reset your password. Please click the link in the email to reset your password"

Please note: The reset email will only be sent if an account exists with the provided email ID

4. Accessing the Password Reset Email

Navigate to your inbox and open the password reset email you have received. Inside the email, click on the “Set your password” option to continue with the reset process

5. Creating a New Password

After clicking the link, you will be redirected to a secure page where you can create a new password. Enter your new password as per the required criteria and click on “Set Password"

6. Successful Login

Once you click on “Set Password,” your password will be updated successfully. You will be automatically logged into your account and can continue using the platform
