What Are Goal Sheets?
Employees can view their complete self-review form including goal blocks and other form sections such as questions, competencies, sectional scores, and auto-calculated scores exactly as they appear in the review form but in read only mode. If an employee does not have any direct reports, they can only view their own self-review form in read-only mode. Managers can view the reviews they have submitted for their direct reports in read only mode. In addition, managers can view their own self-review form as well. If a skip manager is part of the review cycle as a reviewer, they can view the reviews received by their indirect reports from their manager.
1. Enabling Goal Sheets in Forms
If you want the Goal Sheet feature to be enabled for your review cycle, navigate to Step 3: Forms, and in the Goal Sheets section, turn on the toggle button next to Goal Sheets

2. Accessing Ongoing Review Cycles as a Skip Manager
On the homepage, after the My Tasks section, there is a section called Ongoing Review Cycles. Under this section, the skip manager will see the active review cycles. Skip manager needs to click the Open option next to the review cycle name to open that review cycle

3. View Goal Sheets of Indirect Reports as a Skip Manager
After opening a review cycle, skip manager will see a section called For People You Work With
Under this section, skip manager will find the Team Goal Sheet, which can include both direct and indirect reports. To open the review responses, skip manager needs to click the greater-than ( > ) icon next to the Goal Sheet option

4. View Team Goal Sheets
After clicking on the Team Goal Sheet option, the skip manager can access the Goal Sheets for the reviewees they have permission to view. Skip manager can select the team according to their preference: To view the entire teams review details, including both direct and indirect reports, skip manager should select the Entire Team option. To view only direct reports review details, skip manager should select the Direct Reports option. To view only indirect reports review details, skip manager should select the Indirect Reports option. This allows the skip manager to filter and view Goal Sheets according to their requirement

5. View Direct Report Goal Sheets as a Skip Manager
Once a skip manager has selected the Direct Reports option from the Select Team dropdown, the list of direct report details will be displayed. To view the Goal Sheet for a specific direct report, click the View Sheet button next to their details

6. View Submitted Reviews for Direct Reports
After clicking on View Sheet, the review responses skip manager has submitted for their direct report will be displayed in this read-only form

7. View Indirect Report Details as a Skip Manager
If a skip manager needs to check the reviews received by their indirect reports from their managers: The skip manager should first select the Indirect Reports option from the Select Team dropdown. Next, they should click on the View Sheet button next to the name of the reviewee whose review they want to access. This allows skip managers to view indirect reports review details in a read-only format

8. How a Manager Can Access Goal Sheets
To access Goal Sheets as a manager: Go to the Ongoing Review Cycles section on the homepage. Click on the Open option next to the review cycle you want to view

9. Understanding the “For You” and “For People You Work With” Sections
On this screen, a manager can see two sections: For You and For People You Work With.

For You option: Shows the self-review Goal Sheet that the manager has submitted for themselves

For People You Work With option: Shows the Goal Sheets of the manager’s team. If the manager has indirect reports, their Goal Sheets may also appear here depending on access

If the manager wants to view their own self-review, they need to click the greater-than icon present in the Goal Sheet under the For You section

10. View Own Self-Review Goal Sheet
After clicking on Goal Sheets, the manager can view their own self-review responses. Manager can see goal blocks and other form sections such as questions, competencies, sectional scores, and auto-calculated scores exactly as they appear in the review form but in read only mode

11. Viewing Team Goal Sheets
If a manager wants to view their team’s Goal Sheets, including direct and indirect reports, they can do so from this view. Manager can see the reviews they have submitted for their direct reports as well as the feedback received by indirect reports from their respective managers. To access these details, the manager needs to click the greater-than icon under the Team Goal Sheet option

12. Accessing Team Goal Sheets
After clicking on the Team Goal Sheet option, the manager can access the Goal Sheets for the reviewees they have permission to view. Manager can select the team according to their preference: To view the entire teams review details, including both direct and indirect reports, manager should select the Entire Team option. To view only direct reports review details, manager should select the Direct Reports option. To view only indirect reports review details, manager should select the Indirect Reports option. This allows the manager to filter and view Goal Sheets according to their requirement

13. Viewing Direct Report Goal Sheets
If the manager wants to view the reviews they have given to their direct reports, they need to select Direct Reports from the Select Team dropdown. This will display the list of direct report details. Manager needs to click the View Sheet button next to the name of the direct report to open their Goal Sheet for a detailed review

14. Viewing Submitted Reviews for a Direct Report
After clicking on the View Sheet option, the manager can see the review responses they have submitted for the direct report. All goal blocks, competencies, and other form sections will be displayed exactly as submitted, but in read-only mode

15. Accessing Goal Sheets for Employees with No Direct Reports
If an employee has no direct reports, they can still access their own Goal Sheet. Employee needs to click on any review cycle under Ongoing Review Cycles that they want to access

16. Viewing Goal Sheets for Employees with No Direct Reports
If an employee has no direct reports, only the For You option will be displayed. Under For You, the employee can click on the Goal Sheet option to view their own self-review form. The Goal Sheet will display all goal blocks, competencies, and other form sections exactly as submitted, in read-only mode
