Automate Scheduling for 1-on-1s After a Review

1. Access Advanced Settings

In the Step 2 Config tab, go to advanced settings and click the dropdown icon next to advanced settings

2. Schedule 1-on-1 After Review

Under Advanced Settings, you’ll find the option to create a 1-on-1 after the review is completed. This meeting will be scheduled between the manager and employee for the next day, using the review responses as talking points. You can select when you want the 1-on-1 to be created

Please select one of the following options:

  • Don't create: No 1-on-1 will be scheduled

  • When Self Review is complete: Schedules a 1-on-1 the day after the self-review is completed

  • When Manager Review is complete: Schedules a 1-on-1 the day after the manager review is completed

  • When Self Review and Manager Review are complete: Schedules a 1-on-1 the day after both reviews are completed

3. Save 1-on-1 Scheduling Settings

After selecting when to create the 1-on-1, click Save & Continue to save your scheduling settings

4. 1-on-1 Scheduled After Review

Based on the option selected by the admin, 1-on-1 will be created the next day between the manager and the direct report after the review is completed

5. Review Responses as Talking Points in 1-on-1

All the review responses from the manager and the direct report will appear as talking points in the 1-on-1. This is what it looks like
