1. Open Settings Menu
Navigate to the Settings section in your profile

2. Access Employees Section
Click Employees under the Workspace section to view the complete list of all employees

3. Search for the employee
Under the Employee Directory, search for the employee whose reporting structure you want to change

4. Click on the three dots
Click the three dots next to the employee’s name

5. Choose Edit Employee
Click Edit Employee to change the employee’s reporting manager

6. Choose Specific Manager
After clicking Edit Employee, a window will open displaying all the employee’s details. You will see the employee’s current manager listed in the Manager field. Click on the textbox next to the Manager field to open a dropdown menu. You can select a manager from the list or search for their name to assign a new reporting manager

7. Save Employee Changes
Click Save to apply the updated manager information

8. Confirmation of Manager Update
After clicking Save, a success message will appear at the top-right corner of the screen, confirming that the employee details have been updated successfully
