How to Add, Approve and Reject Peer Reviewers Directly from the Admin Screen

1. Search for Reviewee

Click on the Reviewees tab and search for the reviewee for whom you want to add or remove peer reviewers

2. Open Reviewee Profile

Click on Manage Reviewee settings to open the reviewee details

3. Access Peer Review Section

Under Manage Reviewee details. Click on the Add Peer option to add peer reviewers to the selected reviewee

4. Initiate Peer Search

Use the Search Peers field to find and select peer reviewers. Type the reviewer’s name directly in the search box, as the system may not display all peer reviewers automatically

5. Add Selected Peers

Click Add Peers to include the selected peer reviewer for the chosen reviewee

6. Approve Peer Reviewers

Once a peer reviewer is added, click the three dots next to the newly added peer reviewer name to approve them

In this step, click Approve Peer to approve the selected reviewer

8. Confirm Peer Reviewer Approval

Click Approve to confirm. You will then see a success message indicating that the peer reviewer has been approved

9. Reject or Remove Peer Reviewers

You can also reject or remove a peer reviewer by clicking the three dots next to the reviewer's name and choose the desired action
