1. Enabling Goals for the Review Cycle
Under the Config section while creating a review cycle, enable the Goals option if you want to include goals in the review cycle

2. Selecting Goal Selection and Approval Method
In the Goals section, under Selection and Approval, choose how goals should be selected and approved. You will have three options:

Reviewee selects goals

Reviewee selects, manager approves
-
Manager selects and approves goals

3. Choosing the Goal Cycle
Choose the Goal Cycle you want to include in the review cycle. You can select from:
-
Active Cycles
-
Previous Cycles
-
Upcoming Cycles

4. Selecting the Goal Type
Choose the Goal Type to define which goals will be included in the review cycle. You can select:
-
Goals only
-
Key Results only
-
Both Goals and Key Results

5. Add Another Goal Section
If needed, you can add another Goal Section to include different types of goal assessments or categories within the same review cycle

6. Creating a Goal-Based Question
While creating a form, click on Create New Block. From the available options, select Goal to create a goal-based question

7. Linking the Goal Section
Under the Goal Section Settings, select the goal section that you have already created. This ensures the question block is connected to the correct goal configuration

8. Adding the Goal Block
Click on Add Goal Block to add your goal-based question to the review form. This allows reviewers to assess or comment on specific goals. Once the goal-based question is created, you will see it displayed in the form builder
