1. Navigate to Reviews Section
Click on the Reviews module from the homepage to access all active review cycles

2. Open Reviews Section
Click on Open for the specific review cycle where you want to change the manager for a reviewee

3. Navigate to the Reviewees Tab
In the Review Cycle, go to the Reviewees tab

4. Click on the Empty Space Next to the Reviewee’s Name
In the Reviewees tab of the review cycle, click on the empty space available next to the reviewee’s name

5. Access the Manager Options
Under the Manager Review section, you will see three dots next to the manager’s name. Click on the three dots next to the manager’s name to access the option to change the manager

6. Select the Change Manager Option
After clicking the three dots, a dropdown menu will appear. Select Change Manager option from the available options to proceed with updating the manager for the reviewee

7. Confirm the Manager Change
After clicking the Change Manager option, you will be shown a warning message explaining the impact of changing the manager
Please review the message carefully. If you agree and would like to proceed, tick the checkbox labeled, "I have read the above and want to change the manager"

8. Selecting the New Manager
Once you have acknowledged the message, select the new manager under Select New Manager field option. You can search for the new manager by entering their name or email address in the field provided below

9. Confirm New Manager Assignment
Click the Change button to confirm the new manager assignment for the reviewee

10. Manager Change Confirmation
After clicking change, a success message will appear confirming that the manager has been successfully changed for a reviewee

11. Alternative Way to Change a Reviewee’s Manager
There is another way to change the manager of a reviewee from the Reviewee Overview screen. You will see three vertical dots next to the reviewee name, click on them to access the option to change the manager for that reviewee

12. Changing Manager from Reviewee Overview
After clicking the three vertical dots, you will see the Change Manager option. Click on Change Manager, and the rest of the process remains the same as explained in the above steps

13. Automating Manager Updates During Review Creation
If you prefer not to manually change managers during an ongoing review cycle, you can set up Automatic Manager Updates while creating the review cycle. This feature ensures that any changes in reporting structure are automatically reflected in the reviews.
