1. Navigate to Reviews Section
Click on the “Reviews” module from the homepage to access all active review cycles

2. Open The Review Cycle
Click on Open for the specific review cycle where you want to change the manager for a reviewee

3. Navigate to the Reviewees Tab
Once inside the review cycle, go to the Reviewees tab. On the right-hand side of the reviewee for whom you want to change the manager, click on the Manage Reviewee option

4. Access the Manager Options
Under the Manager section, look to the right-hand side for the three vertical dots. Click on these dots to view more options related to the reviewee’s manager

5. Select the “Change Manager” Option
After clicking the three dots, a dropdown menu will appear. Select Change Manager from the available options to proceed with updating the manager for the selected reviewee

6. Acknowledge the Confirmation Message
A confirmation message will appear asking you to acknowledge that you’ve read and understood the terms and conditions before changing the manager. Tick the checkbox to confirm and continue

7. Choose and Update the New Manager
Once you’ve acknowledged, select the new manager from the dropdown list. After selecting, click on Change to finalize the update. The reviewee’s manager will now be updated for that review cycle

8. Automating Manager Updates During Review Creation
If you prefer not to manually change managers during an ongoing review cycle, you can set up Automatic Manager Updates while creating the review cycle. This feature ensures that any changes in reporting structure are automatically reflected in the reviews.
