1. Viewing Phases in a Review Cycle
Open the review cycle and navigate to the Phases tab. Under this tab, you can view all the phases included in the review cycle, along with their status, progress, start date, and end date
2. Viewing the Phase End Date
On the right-hand side of a review phase, you can view its end date, which represents the deadline for all participants included in that phase

3. Accessing Participant Details
Click on the review phase to see the list of participants included in it.
Under the Launched section, you will see an Edit End Date option for individual participants

4. Selecting Participants
Select the employees for whom you want to edit the end date. This allows you to adjust deadlines for specific participants without affecting the entire phase

5. Editing the End Date
After clicking Edit End Date, you will see two options:

End Now – to immediately close the phase for selected participants

End Later – to extend the phase and set a new end date and time

6. Setting a New End Date
If you select End Later, choose a new end date and time for the selected participants to extend the phase as needed

7. Verifying Extended End Dates
Navigate back to the Phases tab. Under the End Date column, you will see that the end dates for the selected participants have been updated accordingly

8. Reminder Restrictions for Ended Phases
If the phase has already ended for any participant, you will not be able to send a reminder to that participant. Hovering over the participant’s name will display a prompt stating: “Phase already ended for this participant"
