1. Accessing Goal Options
On the right-hand side of the goal you want to edit, click the three vertical dots to view available actions
2. Delete Option Disabled for Approved Goals
After clicking the three dots, you will see several options. If a goal has been approved for a review cycle, the delete option will be grayed out, indicating that deletion is not allowed for this goal
3. Selecting the Edit Option
Click on the “Edit” option to make changes to the goal
4. Editing as an Admin
A prompt will appear indicating that you are editing this goal as an admin.

This goal is part of a review cycle, hence following properties cannot be edited: Goal Cycle, Visibility, Removal of existing owners & alignment

Editing this will update all ongoing and past performance reviews linked to this goal
5. Restricted Fields – Goal Cycle
If you try to change the goal cycle, a message will appear stating that this field cannot be edited as the goal is part of a review cycle
6. Restricted Fields – Visibility
You cannot change the visibility settings of a goal within a review cycle. Attempting to do so will display the same restriction message
7. Restricted Fields – Existing Owners
Existing owners of a goal cannot be removed while the goal is part of a review cycle. A message will inform you that editing existing owners is not allowed
8. Adding New Owners
You can add new owners to a goal even when it is part of a review cycle
9. Save Goal Changes
After making the allowed edits, click “Save Changes” to apply your updates
