1. Accessing the "Reviews" Section
On the left sidebar of your dashboard, click on the "Reviews" icon
Please Note: Only admins have the ability to create and configure a performance review cycle
2. Open the Review Cycle
Click "Open" to view the review cycle you want to check
3. Go to the Reviewees Tab
Navigate to the "Reviewees" tab to view detailed progress for each reviewee
Existing progress is now displayed with a line bar for clearer visibility
4. Peer Review Progress
If Peer Review is enabled for this review cycle, you will see:

The number of peers selected for each reviewee
-
How many of those peers have submitted their reviews
5. Direct Report Review Progress
If Direct Report Review is enabled for this review cycle, you will see:

The number of direct reports selected for each manager
-
How many of those direct reports have submitted their reviews
