1. Accessing the "Reviews" Section
On the left sidebar of your dashboard, click on the "Reviews" icon
Please Note: Only admins have the ability to create and configure a performance review cycle
2. Initiate a New Review Cycle
Click the "Create New Cycle" button located at the top right corner of the Reviews page
3. Choose Review Type
Select the type of review you want to create either a 360-degree review or a Performance review
4. Enter Review Title
Next, you will be taken to a page where you need to enter the review title. Click on the "Title" field
5. Configure Self-Review Settings
On the "Configure steps of this review cycle" page, you can select which types of reviewers to include in the review cycle
To enable a reviewer type, click the toggle switch next to the desired option.
When you enable Self Review, all reviewees in the review cycle will be able to evaluate themselves on the defined review parameters
6. Enable Manager's Summary (Downward Review)
When you enable Manager's Summary (also called Downward Review), managers will be able to evaluate their direct reports on the defined review parameters
7. Save and Continue Setup
After enabling the required phases for your review cycle, click "Save & Continue"
8. Create Review Forms
Under Forms, you will need to create the questions for the phases you have selected. Once the questions are set, click "Save & Continue" to proceed
9. Select Reviewees

Reviewee → The employee whose performance is being evaluated.

Reviewer → The person providing feedback on the reviewee (e.g., self, peer, manager, or direct report).

Choose the Reviewees you want to include in the review cycle. Once selected, click "Save & Continue"
10. Reviewee-reviewer Mapping
Under the Reviewers tab, since only Self Review and Manager Summary are enabled, the reviewee–reviewer mapping will be pulled automatically from the tool
11. Verify and Launch Review Cycle
In the Verify stage, review the entire configuration you’ve set up for the review cycle. Click "Create Review Cycle" to finalize and launch
