1. Open the Review Cycle
Click "Open" on the review cycle where you want to set the visibility matrix
2. Go to Settings → Visibility
Navigate to the "Visibility" option under the Settings tab
3. Manage Platform Visibility
In the Platform section under Visibility, manage how different reviewer types can view and write reviews.
Set visibility for Self, Manager, and Admin to control what each role sees when writing or reviewing feedback.
4. Configure Self-Review Visibility
Self-reviews will always be identified for both the Manager and the Reviewee. But for Admins, you can choose between: Identified & Can’t Access
5. Configure Manager Review Visibility
Manager reviews will always be identified for the Manager. For Self and Admin, you can set it to either “Can’t Access” or "Identified"
6. Configure Peer & Direct Report Review Visibility
For Peer and Direct Report reviews, you have three options: Can’t Access, Anonymous, Identified
7. Apply Same Settings to PDFs
You’ll see an option: “Apply same configuration to PDF release to employees"

If selected, the platform visibility settings will automatically apply to PDFs

If unchecked, you can configure separate visibility rules for PDFs
8. Save Your Changes
Click "Save Changes" to apply and save all your visibility settings securely
9. "Set to Default"
To undo everything and go back to the original setup after creating the review cycle, click "Set to Default"
