- On the left sidebar of your dashboard, click on the "Reviews" icon.
- Open the "Review Cycle" you want to work on.

Go to "Phases" and click the "Launch" button next to the phase that you want to launch.

Select the "Do not notify on channels, only show task on Peoplebox Homepage" option to enable the Silent Launch feature.
- You can choose to schedule it right away or for a later time.
- Choose the recipients, and finally, click "Launch" to start the phase.
- You can check under the notification type to see whether the silent launch feature was enabled for your launch.
- Under Delivered, it will display "Task Assigned" in the case of a silent launch, but for a normal launch, it will show "Delivered".
- Display tasks directly on the homepage.
