- On the left sidebar of your dashboard, click on the "Reviews" icon.
- Open the "Review Cycle" you want to work on.
- Go to "Phases" and click the "Launch" button next to the phase that you want to launch.
- You can launch phases through Slack or email.
- Select the "Do not notify on channels, only show task on Peoplebox Homepage" option to enable the Silent Launch feature.
- You can choose to send your reminder right away or schedule it for a later time.
- Choose the recipients, and finally, click "Launch" to start the phase.
- You can check under the notification type to see whether the silent launch feature was enabled for your launch.
- Under Delivered, it will display "Task Assigned" in the case of a silent launch, but for a normal launch, it will show "Delivered".
- Display tasks directly on the homepage.
