- On the left sidebar of your dashboard, click on the "Reviews" icon.
- Open the "Review Cycle" you want to work on.
- In the Phases section, the progress count is shown next to the progress bar, indicating how many employees have completed the phase. In this example, 1 out of 4 reviewees has completed Peer Selection, which is 25%.
- Select the "Write Reviews" dropdown button.
- The "Write Reviews" phase is organized into dedicated sections for Self, Peer, and Upward reviews, along with the progress count, making it easier to focus on each phase and track progress clearly.
