- On the left sidebar of your dashboard, click on the "Reviews" icon.
- Open the "Review Cycle" you want to work on.
- Navigate to the "Phases" section and click "Launch" to initiate the specific phase.
- You can launch the phase via either Slack or Email.
- You can choose to launch the phases immediately or schedule them for a later time.
- Here are two refined options for the notification settings:
Dynamic Notifications: Automatically sends notifications to reviewees or reviewers based on pending launch status, with the recipient list generated at the time of triggering.
Static Notifications: Allows sending notifications to specific individuals, such as reviewees, reviewers, or managers, with improved participant visibility in independent phases and task-based visibility in dependent phases.
Here we have selected Dynamic Notifications.
- You can also send reminders to the reviewees after launching the phases.
- You can send reminders through Slack or Email.
- You can choose to send your reminder right away or schedule it for a later time.
- Select the name and then click 'Remind' to send the reminders.
