1. Open Settings
Click on your profile icon at the bottom-left corner of the screen, then select Settings

2. Open the Employees Section
Under the Workspace menu, click Employees to navigate to the employee details page

3. Select Employees to Invite
After clicking on Employees, you will see the list of employee details under the Employee Directory. Now select the employee for whom you want to send the invite. You will see a checkbox next to the employee's name on the left side of their name. Tick the checkbox to select the employee for whom you want to send the invite. Select any number of employees whom you want to invite by ticking the checkbox next to their name

4. Send Invitations to Selected Employees
Once you tick the checkbox next to the employee's name of whom you want to send the invite. It will display the total number of employees you are sending the invites to. Then click on the Invite button to send the invite for the selected employees

5. Send Invite to All Employees
If you want to send the invite link to all employees at once, tick the checkbox next to the Name field. This checkbox is present at the top left side of the Name column under the Employee Directory. It will select all the employees at once

6. Click Invite 10 People
After selecting the employees, it will display the total count of employees you have selected. Click the Invite 10 People button to send invitations to the selected employees

7. Click Invite Button
It will show the specific access and permissions the employees will receive once the invite is sent. Please review this information carefully, and if you are comfortable with the access details, click Invite to proceed

8. Check Employee Status After Invitation
After sending the invite, you will be able to check if the employee is active and view the time of their last login. In this instance, it indicates that the newly added employee is active in the tool but has not logged in yet
