- Select "Peer Review".
- "Peer selection by reviewees" will be enabled by default.
- Enable this option if you want managers to approve the peers selected by their direct reports.
- You can define the minimum number of peers a reviewee is allowed to select.
- You can define the maximum number of peers a reviewee is allowed to select.
- By enabling this option, reviewees will be allowed to add peers who are not part of the review cycle as reviewees.
- By enabling this option, employees can select a peer for whom they want to share peer feedback for.
