1. View Productivity Check-ins Shared by Direct Reports
Open the 1-on-1 meeting with your direct reports where the direct report has shared their productivity check-in.
At the top-right corner, you will see your direct report’s name along with the check-in text. For example, it may say: “Samanth Kumar's Check-in.”
This section will display:

The feedback your direct report has provided for the question, “Since the last check-in, my productivity was”

The reason they have given for that score
