1.Click "Write Reviews" on the Homepage
2.This page shows all your direct reports who you are going to review. Click on "Write" to review them
3.Choose the appropriate review options
4.When all the questions are answered click "Submit"
5.Click Submit on the confirmation dialog to ensure that you submit.
And you are all set!
