How to Download the Reviewee Participation Report

1. Access Reviewee Participation
Click on Reviewee Participation to view the participation details within the report

2. Select the Cycle
Click here to select the review cycle for which you want to view the participation data

3. Initiate Report Search
You can also search for the review cycle name just click on the search field

4. Select the Review Cycle Name
Once you enter text in the search field, relevant results with similar names will appear. You can then select the
appropriate option

5. Apply Filters
Click here to open the filter menu for additional filtering options

6. Confirm Filter Settings
You can apply filters here as needed. In this case, we have selected the reviewer type as Manager

7. Clear All Filters
Click "Clear Filter" to remove all applied filters and reset the report view

8. Click on Three Dots
Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the report to download it

9. Download Review Report
Once you click on the three dots, the Download Report option will appear, click on it to download the report

10. Confirm Report Processing
After clicking on the download button, you will receive a success message indicating that the report is in process. Once
it is ready, a download link will be shared with you via email
