1. Access Profile Settings
As an admin, to configure the Continuous Feedback feature, begin by clicking on the profile icon located at the bottom-left corner of the dashboard

2. Open Settings Menu
From the profile menu, click on the Settings option to proceed to the configuration panel

3. Navigate to Feedback Settings
Within the Settings page, go to the Products section and select Feedback to access feedback-related configurations

4. Configure Email Notifications
Navigate to the Configuration section. Under Set Up Feedback Notifications, you can manage how notifications are delivered
If you would like to receive all feedback-related notifications via email, enable the toggle switch next to Email Notification

5. Configure Slack Notifications
If you would like to receive feedback notifications in your connected Slack workspace, enable the toggle for Slack Notifications

6. Integrate Slack Workspace
Click on the Update Integrations option to connect your account with your Slack workspace. If Slack is not already integrated, this step will allow you to set up the integration and start receiving notifications

7. Manager Sharing Preferences
Under the Set Up Feedback Sharing Preferences section, you will find Manager Sharing Options. This setting allows you to define who can view the feedback created by managers for their team members

8. Employee Sharing Preferences
You will also see Employee Sharing Options, where you can define who can view the feedback created by employees
For both Manager and Employee sharing settings, there are three visibility options available:

Private means only the person the feedback is about can view it
-
Manager means only the manager of that person can view the feedback
-
Private + Manager allows both the employee and their manager to view the feedback
You can select the appropriate option from the dropdown based on your preference

9. Requested Feedback Reminder Configuration: First Follow-Up Reminder
Now, navigate to the Requested Feedback Configuration section. Here, you will find the Set Up Reminder Schedule for Requested Feedback option. This allows you to configure automated reminders for feedback requests to ensure timely responses from participants
The First Follow-Up Reminder is a gentle reminder sent when no response is received within a specified number of days. You can configure the number of days based on your preference. For example, if set to 7 days, an automated reminder will be sent 7 days after the initial request if no response is submitted

10. Final Reminder Before Expiry
The Final Reminder Before Expiry is a last notification sent to prompt action before the feedback request expires. You can configure the number of days after which this reminder should be sent, ensuring users have a final opportunity to respond

11. Feedback Request Expired
The Feedback Request Expired setting defines when a feedback request will automatically close if no response is received. You can set the number of days after which the request will expire, based on your requirements

12. Create New Feedback Template
Now, navigate to the Template section. To create a new template, click on the Create Template button

13. Add Template Details
Once you click on Create Template, you will be prompted to add a Title and a Description for the template

14. Set Template Visibility
You can control who has access to the template by setting its visibility
From the dropdown, you can choose between Admins, Managers, and All Employees. You can select any one option or multiple options based on your requirement

15. Add Questions to Template
To create the feedback form, click on the Add Question dropdown
You will see two options: Add Question and Competency Question. In this step, select Add Question to begin creating a custom question

16. Select Response Type
Once you select Add Question, you can choose the response type for the question
The available options include Free Text, Legend-based Rating, Score-based Rating, and Star-based Rating. Here, select Score-Based Rating as the response type

17. Add Question
Under the Add Question field, enter the question you would like to include in the feedback form

18. Customize Question Settings
You can make the question optional by selecting the "Optional Question" option
Below this, you will see the Labels, which you can customize based on your preference
You can also adjust the scoring, and remove any existing options if needed
If you want to add more options, click on "Add New Option" and include additional choices as required

19. Add Comments Option
If you would like to allow respondents to add comments for this question, enable the "Add Comments" option. This will include a comment field along with the question

20. Add Question to Form
Once you have completed all configurations, click on "Add". The question will then be added to your feedback form

21. Add Competency Question
To add another question, click on the "Add Next Question" dropdown again and select Competency Question

22. Select Response Type for Competency Question
Similar to the previous step, choose a response type from the dropdown. Here, select Star-Based Rating as the response type

23. Configure Competency Question
Enter your question in the provided field. You can make the question optional if needed and enable the Add Comments option to collect additional input
You can also define the number of stars for rating (for example, a 5-star scale) and adjust it based on your preference
After completing the setup, click on "Add" to include the competency question in your form

24. Manage Questions
If you want to make changes to any of the questions, click on the three vertical dots present on the right-hand side of the question
Once you click on it, you will see three options: Edit, Duplicate, and Delete. You can select the appropriate option based on the action you want to perform

25. Save Feedback Template
Once you have finished creating your template, click on Save to store it for future use

26. Filter Templates by Visibility
If you have multiple templates and want to find a specific one, use the Visibility filter available in the Templates section
Click on the filter and choose from Managers, Admins, or All Employees. Based on your selection, only the templates matching that visibility will be displayed
