The Team Dashboard for Managers is a view-only dashboard that allows managers to access insights about their team’s effectiveness using the Weighted Employee Effectiveness Indicator score. In this help guide, you will learn how managers can access the Team Dashboard and how admins can configure and enable the Team feature so that managers can view these insights for their teams
1. Access Profile Settings
To configure the Team Dashboard settings, admins first need to access the Profile Settings From the homepage, click on the Profile icon located in the bottom-left corner of the screen

2. Open Settings Menu
Once the profile menu opens, click on the Settings option

3. Navigate to Team Settings
On the Settings page, navigate to the Products section. Under Products, locate and click on Team

4. Access Weight Allocation Settings
Once you click on the Team option, three configuration options will appear. We will first focus on Effectiveness Weight Allocation
In this section, you will see different effectiveness metrics, each assigned a specific weightage. These weightages determine how the Employee Effectiveness Indicator (EEI) score is calculated for employees. Admins can modify the weightage allocation based on the metrics they want to prioritize when measuring employee effectiveness. The higher the weightage assigned to a metric, the greater its impact on the overall EEI score
For example, if the weightage allocation is: Goals On Track – 30%, Goals Completion – 20%, and Review Cycles – 50%, then Review Cycles will have the highest impact on the employee’s effectiveness score since it has the highest weightage

5. 1-on-1s Completion & Feedback Activity
This section displays the 1-on-1s Completion and Feedback Activity metrics. These metrics are visible in the effectiveness metrics table but are not included in the EEI score calculation This is a planned decision because the number of 1-on-1 meetings or feedback entries can vary widely across employees depending on their role, team structure, or manager interactions. Having more 1-on-1s or receiving more feedback does not necessarily indicate higher employee effectiveness Therefore, these metrics appear in the Effectiveness Metrics table setup, but under the weighting section they are marked as “Not Calculated in EEI.” This allows admins to track these activities for reference without them impacting the overall EEI score

6. Editing an Effectiveness Metric
To edit an effectiveness metric, click on the three vertical dots beside the specific metric in the effectiveness metrics list. Once you click on it, an Edit option will appear. Select Edit to open the configuration settings for that metric

7. Selecting the Goal Type
In this example, we are editing the Goal Completion effectiveness metric. Here, you will have the option to select the goal types that should be included in the metric calculation. The available options are: Individual Goals, Department Goals, Company Goals. You can choose one or multiple goal types depending on how you want the goal completion metric to be evaluated

8. Setting the Company Benchmark
You can configure the Company Benchmark for the metric. By default, the Company Benchmark is calculated as the average score of all employees If needed, you can override this benchmark by entering a static value instead of using the company average. You can also reset the benchmark to revert back to the company average

9. Saving the Configuration
After configuring the metric, click Save to apply your changes

10. Feedback Activity Effectiveness Metric
You can select a timeline from the drop-down menu, such as 1 month, 3 months, etc., to define the period for tracking feedback activity. For each timeline, you can set the expected numbers for different activities, including Feedback Given, Feedback Received, and Feedback Request Sent, to indicate what is considered standard performance for employees within that period
The Company Benchmark is calculated by default as the average score of all employees. You can override this benchmark by entering a custom static value if needed, or reset it to revert back to the company average
Once you finish configuring the Feedback Activity metric, click Save to apply the changes. The data will then be saved for this effectiveness metric

11. Deleting an Effectiveness Metric
To delete a metric, click the three vertical dots beside it and select Remove. If the metric has weightage allocated, it cannot be deleted directly, and a prompt will appear explaining the error
For example, if Goal Completion has 50% weightage, first set its weightage to 0% and redistribute the remaining weightage across other metrics so the total equals 100%. Only after this can the metric be deleted

12. Weightage Allocation and Saving Metrics
Remember that the total weightage of all effectiveness metrics must equal 100%. You cannot save the configuration if the total is less or more than 100%. Once you have allocated weightage across all metrics and set the Company Benchmark for each metric, click Save to store the data

13. Previewing Employee Effectiveness
To preview an employee’s effectiveness, click the Preview Employee Effectiveness option at the top-right of the Effectiveness Allocation page

14. View Individual Effectiveness
Search for the employee whose Effectiveness Indicator (EEI) you want to view. You will see the effectiveness metrics, their weightage, score, and total weighted score. The Employee Effectiveness Indicator percentage will also be displayed at the bottom

15. Effectiveness Table Setup Overview
In the Effectiveness Table Setup page you will see an overview of the Employee Effectiveness Indicator (EEI) percentage, the metrics selected in the Effectiveness Allocation page are displayed along with their percentage weightage and Company Benchmark
The page also includes a table showing all scores for all employees

16. Editing the Effectiveness Table
Click on Edit Columns to modify the table

17. Add New Columns
To add a column in the Effectiveness Table, click Add Column

18. Selecting columns
You will then see three options:
-
Effectiveness Metrics, where you can choose from the available metrics to display in the table
-
Employee Details, which allows you to select specific employee information or parameters to include
-
Review Cycles, which lets you select a review cycle whose score will contribute to the employee’s Effectiveness Indicator, ensuring that relevant performance data is reflected in the table

19. Requirements for Adding Review Cycles
Some review cycles may not appear as options in the Effectiveness Table if they are missing the required Final Review Question settings
To enable a review cycle, go to the settings of that review cycle and under Final Review Question, select a rating-based or legend-based question, as only these types are available for selection. Once you have chosen the appropriate question, click Save. After this, the review cycle will become available to add in the Effectiveness Table Setup, allowing its scores to contribute to the Employee Effectiveness Indicator

20. Downloading the Effectiveness Table
To download the effectiveness table, go to the Effectiveness Table Setup page. Beside the Edit Columns option, you will see a Download button. Click on it to download the table

21. Recalculate Effectiveness Data
If you make any changes in the effectiveness grid allocation, such as adjusting weightage, adding new metrics, or modifying columns, the data will not update automatically. You need to click the Recalculate Data option. This process may take some time. Once completed, the data will be updated to reflect your changes
The top-right corner of the page shows when the data was last updated. By default, the system auto-syncs every seven days, but you can manually update it anytime using Recalculate Data

22. Viewing Employee Effectiveness
In the table, you can see each employee’s Effectiveness Indicator (EEI) percentage along with the metrics you have configured
You can also search for a specific employee directly in the table

23. View Benchmark Comparison
At the top-right of the table, the Employee Effectiveness Indicator (EEI) percentage is displayed along with the Company Benchmark. In addition to the overall EEI, each metric included in the table also shows its achieved value and a comparison with the company benchmark
For example, if an employee’s EEI is 2% and the Company Benchmark is 50.5%, the table will indicate that the employee is 48.33% below the benchmark
Similarly, for individual metrics, such as Goal Completion or Review Cycles, the table will display the actual score achieved, the company benchmark for that metric, and how much the employee’s score is above or below that benchmark

24. Configuring Team Dashboard for Managers
In the Configuration section, you can enable the Team Dashboard for Managers. When enabled, managers will have access to the dashboard; if disabled, it will not be visible to them

25. Set Heatmap Value Range
You can also set the value range for the heat map percentages. After making these changes, click Save to apply them

26. Manager Dashboard Access
Managers can access the dashboard from the homepage, above the Goals module, by clicking the Team option

27. Viewing Teams Details
Managers can view direct reports, indirect reports, and all teams. This allows them to monitor performance across multiple levels within their department or organization

28. Access to Configuration and Updates
From the manager’s perspective, only the Effectiveness Table Setup configuration is visible. The other two configuration sections available in the admin view: Weightage Allocation and Configuration settings—are not accessible to managers
Managers can see when the data was last updated, but the Recalculate Data option is not available in the manager view

29. Apply Employee Filters
Below the main view, managers can use the search bar to select a specific employee
The table will display only the metrics configured by the admin and show data for employees the manager has access to
