Managing Your Account Settings as a User in Peoplebox

1. Access Settings Menu

Click "Settings" to open your account configuration options

2. Edit Your Account Name

Under Profile, click on Account Settings. In the Name field, you can update the name you want to display in your account. After updating the name, click on the Update Personal Info button to save the changes

3. Set Your Time Zone

In Account Settings, you can select your Time zone from the dropdown menu

4. Select Language Preference

You can also set the language you want to display in the tool. Choose your preferred language from the available options to change the interface language

5. Update Your Account Password

If you want to change your account password, you can do so by going to the Change Password section. Enter your current password and then your new password. After filling in the details, click on the Change Password button to update your password

6. How to Upload or Change Your Profile Picture

If you want to upload a profile picture to your account, you can do so by clicking the Upload button and selecting the image you want to use from your system. Once uploaded, your new profile picture will be updated in your account

7. Open Notifications Settings

Under profile section click Notifications to manage your alert preferences and notification settings

8. Manage Your Notification Settings

In Notifications, you can customize your preferences for Goals, 1-on-1s, Engagement Surveys, Anonymous Message notifications, as well as Access Control Notifications. Adjust each setting based on what you want to receive updates for
