1. Navigate to the Goals Module
From the left-hand navigation panel, click on the Goals module to start creating a project
2. Select Objective
Choose the objective under which you want to create the project. Click on it to view associated key results and find the option to add a project
3. Add Key Result or Project
Click the plus (+) icon. You will see two options: Key Result and Project. Select Project to create a new project
4. Project Creation Interface
The project creation interface will open. Scroll down to see the option to sync your project from project management tools
5. Integrate with Project Management Tools
Under Project Management Tool, you can choose Asana, Jira, or any other supported tool to integrate and sync your projects with Peoplebox

7. Create Project from Scratch
If you prefer not to sync, you can create the project directly in Peoplebox by selecting the option to create it from scratch
8. Provide Project Details
Enter the Project Name and optionally add a Description
9. Configure Project Settings
Fill in the project details such as Project Cycle, Start and End Dates, Owner, Project Type, Visibility, and Tags. These details are similar to those used while creating a goal
10. Add Project Tasks
Click "Add a Task" to include tasks associated with the project
11. Add Additional Task
Click "Add another task" to include more tasks for comprehensive project planning
12. Create Project
Once all configurations are complete, click Create to save the project
13. View Created Project
The newly created project will appear under the selected objective, along with any associated key results
