1. Navigate to Your Goals
Click on the Goals icon on your Peoplebox homepage to access your goals

2. Access My Goals Section
Click "My Goals" to view your current objectives and key results

3. Navigate to Check-In Page
Click on the Check-in option located next to the Key Result or parent Objective for which you want to record your progress

4. Select Past Date Option
After clicking on the Check-in option, the check-in interface will open. You will see two options:
-
Today: To record progress for the current date.
-
Past Date: To record progress for a previous date.
To perform a backdated check-in, select the Past Date option

5. Choose the Required Past Date
After selecting the Past Date check-in option, a new check-in window will open. In this window, you need to update your backdated check-in details such as progress, status, and any comments. By default, a calendar will appear. Select the specific past date for which you want to record the check-in

6. Updating the Backdated Check-in
Once the past date is selected from the calendar, proceed to enter the relevant progress updates, status changes, and comments for that specific date. You will see the selected past date displayed above the check-in fields, indicated as Check-in for (selected date). This helps you confirm that your updates are being recorded for the correct backdated check-in

7. Submit Check-In Update
Click "Check in" to save your backdated progress update

8. Viewing the Recorded Backdated Check-in
Once the check-in is completed, you can view it under the Check-ins and Comments section. The system will display the backdated check-in you submitted, indicating that you have recorded a check-in for the specific past date you selected
