1. Goal Type & Visibility Settings
When creating a goal, you can choose the Goal Type. If you select Individual as the goal type, you will see three visibility options available: Public, Private, and Custom. These settings determine who can view the goal across your organization

2. Public Visibility
Selecting Public makes the goal visible to everyone in the organization. Any employee can view the goal regardless of their department or role. This option is ideal when transparency is required across teams

3. Private Visibility
Choosing Private restricts visibility to a limited group. Only the goal creator, goal owner, their managers, and admins will be able to view the goal. This setting ensures confidentiality while still allowing relevant managers and team members to access it

4. Custom Visibility
With the Custom visibility option, access can be tailored. The creator, owner, and admins will always have visibility, and you can additionally select specific individuals or departments who should have access to the goal. This option offers the highest level of control over who can view the goal

5. Edit Custom Visibility Settings
If you want to adjust or refine who can see the goal under Custom visibility, click on the Edit option. This allows you to add or remove individuals or departments as needed

6. Visibility Options for Company Goals
When the Goal Type is set to Company, only two visibility settings are available: Public and Custom. The Private visibility option is not applicable for company-level goals

7. Visibility Options for Department Goals
When the Goal Type is set to Department, all three visibility settings—Public, Private, and Custom—are available. Under the Private setting, visibility is restricted to the creator, goal owner, managers, members of the department, members of the parent department, and admins
