- Click here on settings.
- Click "Goals".
- Click "Settings" on goals page.
- At the bottom, you'll find an option to disable department creation.
- Enabling this option will restrict the creation of new departments to admins only when creating or editing a goal.
- Hence if this option is enabled then on this page, non-admin employees cannot create new departments; they can only select from the existing list.
