A Business Review on Peoplebox supports 3 states:

Draft Mode
The Draft mode or the edit mode is the default state of any Business Review. In this state users can do all kinds of modifications for the various cards on Peoplebox, be it doing check-ins or updating RCA's and adding comments or notes. There is no restriction in this state of the review.
Published Mode
The Published mode is the state after the draft state when the user has completed setting up their review and is ready to share/present with others.
During this state only adding of comments, adding/updating action items & Downloading PDF is allowed and no other preparation for a Business Review can be done. To do any more changes to the review the user should go back to the Edit mode and make the required changes.
Completed Mode
When a Business Review is completed, a user can mark the review as closed which would save the current state of the review, for the user to look back at any point of time in the future. During this state only Downloading PDF is allowed.
A review once marked as closed can't be moved to any of the previous states
