There are majorly 2 reasons this may happen:

While doing the authentication initially not all permissions were given by the user.

Some permissions were revoked by the user after authenticating with Peoplebox.
In both cases, please follow the steps below:

Go to the Google Account Permissions page - Google Permissions

Sign in to your Google account if you are not already signed in.

Find the Peoplebox app in the list.

Click on Remove Access.

If the app is not present in the list, it means that the access has already been revoked.

Once the access is removed go back to Peoplebox & again connect your Google sheets. This can be done for any of the features you may want to use:

Google sheets Progress Integration

Google sheet Project Integration

Once this is done, your Google sheet will start to work again. Any integrations that were done in the past for progress or project will need to be done again.
