Screen 1: (Employee) Employees get a notification to write their reviews

Screen 2: (Employee) As the first step of writing review, they will be required to define their goals for the review cycle

Screen 3: (Employee) After the employee defines their goals, they will be asked to write comments for the same.

Screen 4: (Manager) When the manager gets a request to write a review, the manager will rate each of the goals and write their comments.
