To invite direct reports to Peoplebox, go to Settings and click on 'Manage direct report'.

You'll see a list of all your direct reports. If you directly added your employee from the Setting on your 1-on-1 page, then click on 'Invite' and your direct report will receive an invite to Peoplebox through mail.

Alternatively, when you create your first 1-on-1 with an employee, you will also get an invite option in their 1-on-1 meeting.
